Construction work has started on 100 Embankment, the second and final phase of the Embankment scheme in Salford’s Greengate neighbourhood.
WSP has confirmed that it will be moving to No8 First Street later this year.
The leading engineering and professional services firm is taking 55,000 sq ft across the first and second floors of the building which is due to complete in September. The move to No8 will see WSP merge its four existing Manchester offices into a single location, bringing up to 850 staff to First Street.
New images have been released showing how Salford’s 100 Embankment will look when complete. The nine story Grade A office building will be crowned with a stunning roof top terrace providing views right across the cities of Salford and Manchester.
