What?
Creating a prominent sense of arrival into the city centre from the South.
Why?
To further enhance the First Street Neighbourhood at this established city centre district.
How?
We have entered into a joint venture agreement with Whitbread PLC to bring forward a mixed use scheme on the site of the existing Premier Inn at Deansgate Locks. Proposals include a residential phase comprising circa 370 homes with a 200,000 sq ft Grade A office building in a second phase for which we will perform a full development management role. Public consultation is currently underway with a view to submitting a detailed planning application in summer 2021.
