What:
Significant development of production/warehouse facilities.
Why:
A direct result of working collaboratively with L’Oreal, gaining an in-depth understanding of their operational business, allowed us to deliver a tailormade response to meet their requirements.
How:
Ask secured an option on 20 acres of reclaimed brownfield former “tip” land at Park 66 Distribution Park to procure and deliver a major industrial/warehouse development of 380,000 sq ft. The first phase of development was a 90,000 sq ft logistics centre for L’Oreal’s Professional Products Division and Customer Contact Centre and in a second phase secured through an OJEU process, we delivered a 130,000 sq ft facility on behalf of the Ministry of Defence.
