How?
In a highly prominent site opposite Manchester Cathedral and sitting alongside its sister building 101 Embankment, the recent completion of 100 Embankment finalises the visionary masterplan set out in 2004. With its elevated position offering spectacular city views, this striking glass tower features an outdoor roof terrace which can be used for a range of events from meetings and seminars to holistic exercises and individual working. The intentionally large reception includes break out and meeting spaces creating a hive of activity throughout the working day. Alongside lush planting and impressive artwork, it creates a truly special environment.

Lettings success continues at 100 Embankment
Following the highly successful building launch of 100 Embankment in September, we are delighted to confirm that Ridge & Partners is the latest global brand to sign up for space within this striking building.
Ridge will make 100 its home relocating 125 staff from its existing offices. They are now fitting out their 10,468 sq ft space on the second floor in readiness for the move in January 2024.
Only one floor now remains vacant.
Key lettings announced
We are excited to announce a trio of lettings at 100 Embankment, making it the best performing Grade A office building in Manchester and Salford.
With 120,000 sq ft now let to an excellent blend of tenants namely x+why, Aecom and Deloitte, the striking glass tower is now c.75% let with office suites between 10,000 sq ft and 30,000 sq ft remaining.
With an operational date set for June 2023, the ability to attract global brands is testament to the quality and design of the building and long-term vision for the Greengate neighbourhood.
