What?
Delivering a highly sustainable Grade A office refurbishment of an existing building.
Why?
Unique opportunity to bring an existing building in the traditional core up to modern standards with substantial improvements in health and wellbeing and ESG credentials.
How?
We have been appointed by leading UK Real Estate Fund M&G to provide external development and asset management services to enable the delivery of a Grade A refurbishment of 58 Mosley Street. The project will deliver a wholescale CAT A refurbishment of the upper floors of the building with a major ESG focus. This will include new highly efficient M&E throughout, a new reception and entrance off Booth Street, a health and wellbeing hub within the basement and a roof terrace and pavilion. We have also created a new brand and marketing positioning strategy for the building to align with the new ESG and health and wellbeing credentials whilst highlighting the existing key attributes of location, amenity offering and floorplate size.
We have delivered:
A high quality sustainable Grade A office space.
On behalf of M&G Real Estate, we are delighted to announce that two of the world’s leading professional services firms have chosen Aviary for their next chapter of growth.
Global law firm, Latham & Watkins and audit and advisory firm Forvis Mazars have both taken 10-year leases which together means that 93% of the recently refurbished 112,000 sq ft office building is now let.
Current market conditions demonstrate that the ‘flight to quality’ of occupiers seeking best-in-class offices is being reflected here at Aviary with these two significant lettings.
