How:
Ask performed the role of Development Manager to bring forward the completion of N08 which added a further 170,000 sq ft of prime commercial floorspace to the estate which has been successful in attracting a number of high calibre occupiers including WSP, ODEON and Willis Towers Watson. The building boasts large, efficient floorplates and a unique feature is its double-height winter gardens which provide unique breakout spaces, fitted out to suit the needs of each individual business.
