Our recent planning application for this phase is continuing our commitment to accelerate delivery of the First Street masterplan, which if successful, will bring forward sought-after market leading floorspace as the city continues its strong recovery post pandemic.
We are confident that with our extensive investigations into reducing embedded carbon in construction, we will achieve NABERS 5.5* accreditation.
